ISP BILLING PRO is not responsible for any wrong data entry and its related legal complication.
Backup and Restore
The proposed software having own scope of Data Back Up of the Database which can be perform by the customer manually and should be kept in a safe drive. We regret that there is neither any schedule backup nor any online backup service included within the scope of this proposal. Online backup service can be purchased either from IT WAY BD or any other third party where the customer can back up the data remotely. IT WAY BD will not liable for anyway if any damage or loss occurs during this transition if the customer purchases this service from any third party. Standard data backup policy applied if it is a IT WAY BD service
Data Migration
Data Migration (if required) is an additional scope which will be justified and quoted separately.
Source Code
The source code of the software is the intellectual property of ISP BILLING PRO So the copy, redistribution, transfer to other company is strictly prohibited
Unforeseen Cases
If there is anything arises which are not covered by this quotation, ISP BILLING PRO or the Customer should mutually resolve the issues.
Confidentiality
ISP BILLING PRO will use reasonable care to prevent the unauthorized use of dissemination of customer’s confidential information. Reasonable care means at least the same degree of care Developer uses to protect its own confidential information from unauthorized disclosure. The contents of this proposal are strictly confidential and neither IT WAY BD nor Client shall divulge any information contained herein without obtaining prior written approval.
